Fraserway RV’s Vancouver (Delta) location offers complimentary shuttle transfers to and from select major airports and designated hotels for your convenience.

If you require shuttle service, please contact our rental location again 3-5 days before your arrival to arrange this service. Please send an email directly to rentals.vancouver@fraserway.com.

When contacting the shuttle department, please provide the following:

• Booking number (starts with 202....)
• Location to be picked up from.
• Number of passengers.
• Contact info, email, phone number, or hotel phone number.

Shuttle service is not available from private residences, hostels, or Airbnb accommodations.

Important: If you are arriving on a flight with a total travel time of more than 6 hours (including connecting flights), same-day RV departures are not permitted. An overnight hotel stay is required to ensure you are well-rested and able to comfortably learn the RV features before driving.

To make your pick-up day smoother, we encourage you to submit your details, such as name, address, and driver’s license information, via Express Check-In.

Our Vancouver location offers vehicle parking on the fenced lot for $5 per day + tax, at your own risk. Please note that parking is subject to space availability.

Vancouver International Airport (YVR):

Our Delta location is about 30 minutes by car from YVR, making airport access quick and convenient.

Getting Around Vancouver

Public Transit (TransLink):

Metro Vancouver’s transit network includes buses, SkyTrain, and the SeaBus.

SkyTrain:

• The Canada Line connects YVR directly to downtown Vancouver in about 25 minutes.
• Frequent service from early morning to late night.

Buses:

• Extensive routes across Richmond, Vancouver, Delta, and Surrey.
• Good for reaching areas not directly served by SkyTrain.

SeaBus:

• A passenger ferry connecting downtown Vancouver ↔ North Vancouver every 10–15 minutes.

• Horseshoe Bay Terminal: ~1 hour

Advice for RV Travellers:

Traffic can be busy, especially in the mornings, late afternoons or on weekends, so the best time to book your ferry is for the afternoon. This gives you enough time to pick up your RV including your free vehicle demonstration before heading to the ferry terminal.

The closest U.S. border crossing from our Vancouver locations is the Peace Arch crossing in Surrey, approximately a 45 minute drive from our Delta station, depending on traffic.

Customers traveling to the United States must ensure all required passports, visas, and travel documents are in order prior to departure.

We recommend avoiding grocery shopping in Canada before crossing into the U.S., as many food items are restricted at the border. When returning to Canada, please be aware that fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, and plants may not be permitted, and all items purchased outside Canada must be declared.

To avoid delays, we suggest consuming or disposing of groceries before reaching the border and reviewing current restrictions in advance on the official Government of Canada website.
