Important note

Service requires compatible eSIM enabled devices and cellular network coverage. Data usage varies by activity. Streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime can consume significant data. Approximately 1 GB of data per hour is used for standard definition streaming and up to 3 GB per hour for HD streaming. Please consider your data needs when selecting a plan.

All Van Conversions come equipped with preinstalled bike carrier for 2x bicycles, max. load capacity 35kg/75lbs (at no additional charge).

Please note that we generally do not allow departures on the same day when arriving on a flight where the total flight time exceeds 6 hours (including connecting flights).

Adding this option guarantees pick-up on the same day of arrival on overseas flights in Whitehorse, even if the flight is delayed.

Pick-up is guaranteed until 7 pm. This option needs to be booked in advance. For unexpected flight delays, please contact the station directly.

Note: To ensure our customers are alert and safe on the road, we strongly recommend that customers who take advantage of the Same Day Departure Guarantee, spend the first night at a campground in the vicinity of Whitehorse.

Example: Customer arrives on a flight at the Whitehorse International Airport at 4:30 pm and as a result, will not arrive at the rental station before closing time. The delivery process takes approximately 1 hour. In a case such as this, the Whitehorse Team will extend the closing time until 7pm if Same Day Departure Guarantee was booked in advance.

Use of rental vehicles for any large outdoor event may be subject to an additional deposit or surcharge. Vehicles for festivals and events must explicitly be requested at the time of reservation. Fee charged is per rental. Some restrictions apply, please see our rental terms and conditions for full details.

Restriction: Attendance of the Burning Man Festival with our vehicles is not allowed. Failure to comply with this restriction will result in a penalty of a minimum $5,000 – void of CDR, CDW, and renter’s responsibility for all costs involved (including, but not limited to, damage and cleaning).
