Fraserway RV’s Whitehorse location offers complimentary shuttle transfers to and from select major airports and designated hotels for your convenience.

Shuttle service is not available from private residences, hostels, or Airbnb accommodations.

Important: If you are arriving on a flight with a total travel time of more than 6 hours (including connecting flights), same-day RV departures are not permitted. An overnight hotel stay is required to ensure you are well-rested and able to comfortably learn the RV features before driving.

Our Whitehorse location offers parking within the gated lot for $5 per day + tax. Fraserway RV shall assume no liability whatsoever if a vehicle is damaged or stolen while parked on our property.

To make your pick-up day smoother, we encourage you to submit your details, such as name, address, and driver’s license information, via Express Check-In.

From Whitehorse, there are several U.S. border crossings into Alaska, including Beaver Creek along the Alaska Highway and Little Gold Creek along Top of the World Highway close to Dawson City. Border hours vary by location, and some crossings are seasonal and only open during the summer months, so make sure to confirm opening times before you travel.

When entering Alaska, ensure to have valid passports, visas, and travel documents ready for inspection. U.S. border authorities have strict rules around food and agricultural items. Certain fresh foods, including fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, dairy products, and plants, may be restricted or prohibited. All food items should be declared at the border, and travellers should be prepared to surrender restricted items if required. Firearms, cannabis products, and certain over-the-counter medications are not permitted to enter the United States.

When returning to Canada, all purchases must be declared, and additional restrictions apply to fresh foods, alcohol, and other goods. To avoid delays, we recommend reviewing current border requirements in advance on the official Government of Canada and U.S. Customs and Border Protection websites.
